Subject to applicable law in the Platform's licensing jurisdiction and the limitations described in this Policy, Users may exercise the following rights in relation to their Personal Data:

The wt77 Platform is strictly intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Age verification is a mandatory component of the KYC process for all new accounts.
If we become aware that Personal Data has been submitted by or on behalf of a person who is underage, we will immediately suspend the relevant Account, initiate a review, withhold any associated balances or winnings pending investigation, and delete the data in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures.
