To register and maintain an Account on wt77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:
Age Verification: wt77 applies strict age verification as part of the KYC process. If there is reason to believe a User is underage, the Account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of suspected underage use may be withheld pending investigation.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and exclusion from future registration.
You must provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and country of residence. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, fund withholding and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wt77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately through the support channels if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
Account balances may be displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other available currencies as presented in the cashier at the time of use. Currency conversion rates are determined by the Platform and may vary. Users should review the cashier for current conversion information before initiating any transaction.
wt77 operates mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gambling compliance requirements. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at the Platform's discretion.

wt77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that fails compliance checks, is associated with a suspended account, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. wt77 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including in circumstances of system error, incorrect odds, match-fixing suspicion or other integrity concerns. No wager is binding until confirmed by the Platform system.
Where a sporting event, match or game is cancelled, postponed, abandoned or voided in accordance with the applicable sport's governing rules, bets placed on that event will be settled according to the Platform's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules, as published in the Help Centre. For cricket events — including PSL matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral T20 series — standard cricket settlement rules apply.
In the event of a manifest error — including incorrectly displayed odds, game malfunctions or settlement errors — wt77 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the relevant accounts. Users may not seek to exploit obvious errors, and any attempt to do so constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 10 of these Terms.
Users acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risk. Slot games, live casino products and crash games involve chance, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are calculated over large statistical samples and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, reverse engineering, scraping or any other use of Platform content outside of its intended personal entertainment purpose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wt77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its licence, as identified in the platform's current licensing documentation.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact the wt77 support team in the first instance. wt77 will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly through its internal dispute resolution process.
